At Red Quinceanera Dresses, we aim to make your quinceañera dress shopping experience as seamless as possible. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your dress is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a return, exchange, or refund to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
